Hi,
I'm due back at work at end of March

I'd like to work Monday to Wednesday 8-3 but my company say I need to write why, the impact it will have on my co-workers and what I intend to do to make sure it all ok in writing. This is tough! I want to work part-time bcause I want to be with my baby and hate my job lol!!! I can't afford to go full-time at home
What do I write that sounds more corporate rather than the truth. I work in a lab btw and there is a long history of part-time workers but that doesn't guarantee me a yes
