What do you eat when you are nauseous??

I know I need to eat something but I can't figure out what to eat  I'm sure that some of my nausea is because I have only had a handful of crackers today with an apple and baby bell (little cheese) but nothing sounds appetizing except pasta with cream sauce but I'm sure that it's not the best thing to help with ms...

What do you eat when you couldn't be bothered???

suprisingly all i could eat was pasta and cheese its all i felt like when i had ms. try having a ginger biccie before u put your feet out of bed. take them up at night and eat them before u attempt to get out of bed this helped me :) x

yellow and orange food always helps me - i.e. pasta, processed cheese, processed foods - anything heinz and in a tin, mcdonalds etc...

I'm glad I'm not the only one! At least we're managing to eat something! Ive got some spaghetti and sausages in the cupboard, sounds good! That's tonight's meal sorted! Xc

an accupunturist told me that frozen fruit (blueberries, mangos, etc) helps her clients..she doesnt know why, but she swears by it!

Anything frozen helps me calm my tummy.... popsicles, frozen mango or peaches, cold juice, ice water.

When ever I try to eat something hot, even if I am craving it, it makes me feel sick!

fruit smoothies, the coldness makes it the best not to mention adding some ice cream lol

For the past 7/8 ish weeks i was living on soup, yoghurts, toast and ice poles. Im SO bloody glad that my nausea seems to have dramatically improved over the past few days. It is amazing to look at food and not want to retch!
It is awful when the last thing you want to do is eat but you also feel hungry and haven't got a clue what you fancy eating! Hope it passes quickly for you!
