What do you think of the name Vega for a girl?

I'm been thinking about this name for the past few days and it's really growing on me.
I actually thought it was the same as the name of the little girl out of the film 'My girl', only to look it up and realise that she was called Veda.
Do you like Vega/Veda?

I think the My Girl character was Vada, rather than Veda. Did you mean it as in Vega the star? I'm not sure - it could be quite nice, very unusual though I probably wouldn't go for it personally.

Veda reminds me of Darth Vader and I'm sure I remember my bro playing Street Fighter on the nintendo as kids and there was a character in that called Vega?

Vega sounds more like a surname to me.

I've met two Veda's before so I don't think that's an unusual name.
