What does implantation feel like?

Just wondering..I'm 7 DPO!

Well for me....I only experienced it once and that was with my 1st pregnancy....I had the most uncomfortable feeling in my lower back....I really thought I had a kidney infection cause that's how it felt....lol....I went to the doctor's thinking I drank to many soda's and had a kidney infection....I had spotted like 3-4 lil pindrop sizes of red blood but at the time thought nothing of it...but my blood work came back positive for pregnancy....lol....it was awesome.....it's weird....such a lil thing made me miserable....while for most they don't even know it happens....
