What funny things have people said?

I know a little girl who is nearly 3 and everytime she sees me she will rub her belly and say there is a baby in there!

my oh piped up the other night with "i wonder if you have to have stiches like you did with ashton" ( our first son) ... i said "i dont know maybe".... he replied" i hope so and they put a extra one for me!!!! :dohh:

i was laughing so hard i had to run to the loo

I have a friend who has 3 children and planning plenty more. At the last birth, when she was being stitched, her OH said "Can you put a drawstring on instead?"

She was not amused.

My sisters LO who is 5 came upto me the other day and first said It looks like i have a pumpkin im my belly, then went on to say the reason im having a baby is because I got a fat bum lol

a little boy asked me if I was having a little white lady and I told him no because my baby's daddy isn't white lol

my nephew whose 4 asked me how the baby got in my tummy and i said "ask Uncle Chris" so he turns to my OH and asks if he made me swallow the baby? OH responds with "no but i tried, she just wouldn't swallow it"...men...lol.

hahaha

My 5 year old brother keeps telling me to call the baby Posh Posh or random silly names like that, then says he wants me to have a boy so it can be his twin, tried explaining to him it wouldnt be his twin because there will be a 6 year gap in their age plus he'l be an uncle to baby but he still seems to think it'l be his sister! :haha:

my boyfriend said he wants to eat the placenta

as a joke!

it was a lot funnier before i read people actually eat it!!!

At the last scan when we found out we are having a Boy, DH wasn't surprised at all. And I asked him what he thought about it all and if he was happy it was a boy. He said, "I don't make girls." :haha:

Then he went out and got the baby a shirt that says, "Daddy's happy I'm a boy."

My son tells me every night, "Mommy, my little sister in your belly is going to come out in the morning so I can see her, ok?"

One night I cooked baked sweet potatoes with dinner and DS doesn't really like them so I said, "Your little sister likes sweet potatoes." and he says, "Well put them in your belly so she can eat mine, too."

 Just the kinda thing my OH might say..

The other day my husband called to tell me he was going to synagogue b/c he wanted a blessing for his little girl. Which I thought was adorable and hilarious b/c I usually must drag him to synagogue.
He also called me to ask what the difference between "father to be" and "baby daddy" was (English isnt his first language) as he wanted to go buy a t-shirt.

He has been so excited since we found out its a girl two days ago, although he complains he cant play sports or do any boy stuff he seems awful excited!

My DS saw me drinking a glass of diet/caffeine free coke and took it off me and said ''Mummy, you should be drinking water as its better for the baby''
He is only 5, but tells me i cant play on wii fit as it could squash baby and cant eat junk food, its like having a doctor with me all day, pmsl.
Plus he asked where babies come from and I said ''Daddy gives mommy some seeds to put in her belly'' he then went on about ''Do you eat them???'' Said Yeah, holding back the laughter as DF ears pricked up then, looking eagerly at me, pmsl.

We told our nephews aged 5 and 7 when I was 12 weeks pregnant. They were very cute and said "Congwatulaytions" very shyly when their mum nudged them. The funny bit was when we went to visit them 2 weeks later and they we confused and asked why we didn't bring the baby! They didn't realise they would have to wait ALL THE WAY UNTIL CHRISTMAS!!! :haha:

my 7 year old boy is desperate for a sister. I said babe i cant guarantee what we will have it might be a boy. Well then mum he said if thats the case, sell him on ebay and i can have a new bike with the money instead :haha:

at our first ultrasound we saw baby move an arm and he said "well at least it has one arm" like he was expecting it to be all abnormal or something haha

Haha, my OH said the same thing!
