Hello, I'm 29, happily married to a great guy, and off birth control. We have one daughter (5) adopted from foster care and are planning to adopt again but the whole process just sucks and is painful, and he's always wanted a bio kid, so we thought we'd give that approach a try this time around.
I'm new to the forum and, frankly, to fora in general. (New enough to still hold out hope that the proper greek plural of "fora" can be salvaged.) I've mounted an exhausting but probably not exhaustive search, and I can't seem to find a dictionary post that will help me wade through the alphabet soup of forum slang.
If some helpful person could point me in the right direction or take a few minutes to explain the dozen or so most common acronyms it would be greatly appreciated!
