What size teats do you use for your 4 week old?

What size tears do you use for your 4 week old, how much and how often do they feed and is this the same through the night? X

I use tommee tippee bottles, when my LO was 4 weeks it was size 1 teat, well she is now nearly 4 months and still on size 1. At that age she ate around every 2 to 3 hours day and night and had about 90ml
