What to wear for a christening?

Hi, I'm going to a christening soon and I have absolutely no idea what to wear!

I want to look smart but not too dressed up so I'm not sure whats best. Either way will have to go shopping as still not back to my pre-pregnancy size so half of my stuff doesn't fit

Any ideas?

its my little boys chrtistening in may and some people have asked what they should wear...its totally up to you..i have asked for smart clothes as in no jeans, id say nice trousers and top, or dress etc...purely depends on what your style is normally...

i bought a pair of black flowy trousers and a nice bright halter neck top from next last night..prop wear yellow espadrilles to match one of the colours on the top!

I got a nice dress from monsoon when I was a godmother - they do nice, pretty day dresses that arent too OTT for church xxx
