    Hi ladies!

I got my :bfp: at 9dpo and according to LMP I'm only 3 weeks pregnant. My FRER is BRIGHT.

Would it be silly to assume I may be having twins? :haha:

What were your first signs of twins? :flower:

A pregnancy test doesnt determine twins.

I BD 9/25, bfp 10/12. 11/12 er visit with u/s and found out it was twins.

Otherwise that hpt was no darker or lighter than the rest

I found out at our 7 weeks scan but I did know there was a possibility cause we conceived via IUI and I was told I had at least two mature follicles.
But I agree, a pregnancy test means nothing. My test was negative at 10dpo.

We had two embryos put back with our IVF so always knew if was a possibility. I had very early positions tests and my beta count at 17dpo was 6500 which the nurse told me was very high so we had an inkling that we might have two, we had it confirmed at our 7 week scan. They are now crazy, just turned one year old boys x

Two embryos put back as well so there was always a chance but high betas and early + stronger than my Singleton pregnancy morning sickness sort of had me believe I was having twins

and I can’t wait to meet them!
    Good luck!

8dpo positive test made me think it could be possible - our son had been saying for a year we’d have two babies. I lost a baby the cycle before so I think that played a factor into us ending up with two eggs beings released.

Hey! My pregnancy tests were the same as my other three pregnancies however my blood work showed quite a high Hcg level at 5w. I am a twin but seems to skip a generation with my family so was surprised to see two babies On the screen!!!! My morning sickness is very bad, worse then the other pregnancies by a long shot!

Hey! This thread is super old but I had vanishing twin a number of years back.
    11dpo: 47
13dpo: 101 (first inkling it was twins)
    27dpo: 40,906
    29dpo: 52,260
I had already started losing the one twin by the time I had an early scan though.

I’m sorry for your loss hun . It is possible if you’ve been on BC for a while theres a chance of releasing more than one egg. But a test couldn’t tell you if your having twins. it would be nice if it could
