How annoying! There is such a fine line with these types of things. What can be in excellent condition to one person may not be to another etc.
I'd be inclined to tell her to send everything back at your cost and go ahead and resell to someone else, at a slightly more expensive price to try and recoupe some of your costs.

I went ahead and refunded that $4, I'm waiting to see what feedback she leaves me now. I still hadn't heard back from the mod so I just refunded instead of waiting any longer.

This is why I never list things as EUC, VGUC, GUC, anything like that because it can be so different from person to person, she really should have asked more
