whats everyone haveing for dinner today ?

I am having a late dinner but since its just me its will either be macaroni cheese with cricpy bacon and brown sauce cheese so I hardly ever get to eat it!)

OR

Pasta with chicken and bacon in a tomato sauce made up type thing....

All I know is there will be oven chips too with mayo, I have been thinking about it all day....

I think were having roast chicken dinner, hubby is making it, we was supposed to be going xmas shopping but I changed my mind and Im not feeling 100%, got a chesty cough coming and just dont feel quite right

I have my beef in he slow cooker at the mo, and will do veggies and yorkshire pudding later. Hubby going away for 3 weeks on tuesday so wanted to do him a lovely roast.

I had roast chicken, roast potatoes & parsnips, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, mash, yorkie puds, stuffing, sweetcorn and gravy!!!! YUMMM!!

Was delicious, even if i do say so myself.
