i cooked roast chicken tonight, with the most perfect roast potatoes, carrots, stuffing & carrots.

tonight i made a HUGE steak i got at target for $5!! sweet potato biscuits, corn, carrots and green beans and a half of a baked sweet potato i had left over from making the biscuits.

Yesterday we had a late lunch/dinner at mums, which was hot chicken, crusty bread, salad and new potatoes, followed by roulade! yum!

Tonight is chicken and pasta in a white wine sauce, again
