Hey Rosie I'm doing lasagne tonight too! Went shopping yesterday and 1kg of ricotta was marked down to $3.83! So I figured it was a sign that it's been too long since I made lasagne (and seldom use ricotta anyway cause it's so expensive, but will be a yummy treat!)
