Pasta bake again for us. I've been organised and done portions of meals in fridge and freezer - pasta bake tonight then more carbonara stuff at some stage over the weekend. Numnum!

we love it! it is hubby fav meal

care too share your chicken jalfrezi recipes ...... I am totally into my slow cooker at the moment ..... means the house smells yummy all day and I get to play with Little Man all day instead of cooking lol

chicken jalfrezi recipie

4 chicken breasts diced or thighs
1 large onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 fresh green chillies, chopped
1 (400g) tin of passata or copped tomatoes
2 tablespoons plain flour (coat chicken in flour before sealing in frying pan)
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 or 2 red or green peppers, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 whole fresh red chillies (optional depending how hot you like it)
2 teaspoons garam masala
2 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

cook on low for 6 hours

to be honest im only trying this tonight myself so i will let you know how it goes, might have to tweak it a little bit

well i made sausage and veg casserole but picked out CHICKEN stock from the cupboard instead of beef so no one apart from me is eating it!! so the others have fish fingers and waffles!!
