So I'm a FTM and EBF. DD is 3 weeks old and I'm just finally getting to the point where I am ready to start venturing out of the house more frequently. (Was terrified at the thought of going out by myself with LO).
Aside from 2 nursing bras, the kind that unhook from the strap, I haven't bought anything "Nursing" specific. We're on a tight budget so I'm hoping to avoid buying new clothes, especially after just having to buy new clothes for the baby bump.
So, what do you find is the most convenient to wear when out and about to nurse in. Do you find pulling a tank top down to nurse is easier than pulling a shirt up? Do you end up wearing 2 layers, tank underneath and shirt on top?
I find myself being restricted to deep V-Necks or tank tops only and am hoping for some inspiration! I thought I'd have a lot of my wardrobe back after having the baby, but it's not turning out that way.
