when did u buy a birthing ball ?

I can't remember with my previous 2 as to when I bought a birthing ball I'm 28 weeks tomorrow and was wondering when is the best time to start sitting on one 😁 x

I just dug out my exercise ball from the basement, just need to blow it up. It's supposed to be good for hip problems like spd also in pregnancy (don't have this) but will watch tv on it going into the last 2 months.

I am going to blow mine up this week and start using it

It's great for your hips and posture and can help with back ache too. I started about 24 weeks.

I have had mine out for a week or two particularly helpful when I am feeling achy

Plus my son loves it thinks it is his big toy ball
