when did you first go out after ur c-section??

I just want to add to the ladies who haven't yet had a section...take it as easy as you can afterwards. I think that recovery took longer for me because I did too much and wasn't able to take my time to heal.

It is a major surgery, and your body will take time to heal.

Went out 4 days later, pretty sure it was too soon, felt real achy afterwards. I agree with pp take your time this is major surgery.

I was in the hospital for 5 days and I think about a week after giving birth I was went shopping. lol
Even before I left the hospital I had stopped taking all pain meds. I didn't even take any tylenol. It was slow going at first just because I had not been moving much in a week and my body felt really stiff. Once I was out and about I felt fine but I also did not stay out for long.

I had my c section 6 days ago, and went to the store and mall today Depends on how you feel, if you are in pain walking maybe ask a relative to go shop for you
