When do you move over?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and was wondering when do you move ober? I can't believe im 12 weeks already still hasn't sunk in properly yet, I think I'm probs best to wait for next NT scan @ 13 weeks & 4 days, i still panic over everything, I know the odds go down a lot but I still worry about it really praying I get to keep this rainbow baby, don't want to get 100% excited till my NT scan xx
