When does bbt drop after miscarriage?

I think I am having a miscarriage but scan won't be done till next week. I took my temp this morning and it was at same level as pregnancy temps so I wondered when I can expect it to drop?

So sorry hon and I really hope everything's works out well for you after all x I had a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks and had medical management and my temp started dropping after the baby was passed and dropped to pre ov temps after about a week. That probably doesn't help I'm afraid. Why do u think you're miscarry ing? X

I have had heavy bleeding and abdominal cramps, so both doctor and midwife agree it sounds like miscarriage.
