When to take a pregnancy test?!

As of November 2014, I have been TTC for 13 months. My period is almost 4 days late. There is something inside of me that tells me not to test because my period is almost here. For the past 13 months I've taken so many pregnancy tests and each one have been very upsetting. But then there is something else inside of me that tells me this is it. This is the month we have finally conceived. However that assurance starts to vanish as I begin to feel bloating in my stomach and cramps. Am I the only one that feels this way? This whole journey is emotionally draining.

The only way you will know is to take a test. If you're already late, chances are the result will be accurate.
Cramping and bloating are common symptoms of both PMS and pregnancy.
