When to test?

Interesting situation... My last period was November 3 and I was on the pill. My period lasted 5 days. I started the pills again on November 8 but I stopped talking them on the 11 (we were in the process of moving and I left them in the hotel). So I haven't been taking any since. I missed my next period which was supposed to be December 1. I've been taking pregnancy tests and they all say negative. Last week, the 11, my husband and I have unprotected sex. I was supposedly ovulating yesterday. How accurate is my cycle with the missed pills? Is it to early to test? if so, when can I?
