Whole milk

Hi ladies, think LO is classed as a toddler now lol

So, whole milk. Does it have to be pasteurised before he can have it or can he have it near enough straight from the cow? My MIL has an order in with a milkman and he brings farm fresh milk 'grass to bottle in 2 hours' and I'm basically wanting to know if he can drink that or whether it has to come from, say, Asda

I have looked it up since and it says I can't

I think it has to be pasteurised until they are a bit older but I'm not sure exactly what age though!
