How much you want to lose: a stone
How you are going to achieve it: Apple diet and having healthier meals. Also going to be investing in an iride now I can no longer go horse riding so will be getting more exercise.
Have you set a time limit for your goal weight: End of June 2010 when I go on holiday!
What are your weaknesses when it comes to dieting: Fast food, chocolate and booze :drunk:

Have you set a time limit for your goal weight: i wana b in the late 11 or beginning 12s by my bday in march.

How you are going to achieve it: 3mths of low calorie and exersise then i have to go gp who will refeer me to a dietian

What are your weaknesses when it comes to dieting: Not eating sounds stupid but i dont get hungry and dont eat then gets to 8pm and i eat crap /choc/crisps/takeout ...also beer is a big let down lol

How you are going to achieve it: Not going to do any 'diets', just watch what I eat, cut out crap, and start exersizing

How you are going to achieve it: Hmmm...cutting out the chocolate, coke and takeaways for starters...and some wii fit time!
Have you set a time limit for your goal weight: Yep my 22nd in April, I have this beautiful dress I want to wear (Going out to dinner with the family as I was pregnant over my 21st and havent really celebrated yet!) So only have 4 months!
What are your weaknesses when it comes to dieting: Ohh defo chocolate crisps and takeways.....Im bad for eating in the evenings aswell, lost most of my preg weight but seem to have put back on again :( days are fine as im occupied with the little lady but at nights I tend to find myself in the fridge or crisps cupboard during tv ads :(

Good luck to all you ladies and any tips welcome as I am totally useless at this! Many days have I said id start Monday and Mondays have came and went and I still feel chubby lol x

What are your weaknesses when it comes to dieting: Night time!! I binge on horrible carbs!! Cheezie, popcorn, cookies!! You name the horrible carb and i will probably eat it!!

I just bought an exercise bike this morning and am sooooo excited to start using it!!

edit: I have already lost 44lbs in 2009 after having Alexander but stress and Christmas made me gain 5-10 back!!! :hissy: THere is no way I am going back to my 187lb figure!!!
 
I might start a weigh in thread on Friday and we could all update with our losses each Friday? Sound like a plan? Then whatever diet your on we can all see what works/what doesnt and how everyones coming along?

I just figure Fridays would be easiest as the 1st falls on a Friday too :lol:

I need the motivation, because if i dont do it properly you lot will all see how much i DONT lose :lol:

How you are going to achieve it: getting my lazy ass off the couch and start actually USING my treadmill for something other than a clothes hanger and eating healthier (grilled chicken and vegetables, salads, etc) also cutting back on the carbs...

Have you set a time limit for your goal weight: Yes. I am standing in my cousin's wedding in May 2011, so I really want to be a hot bridesmaid :) Unless of course a miracle happens and I get pregnant, then I won't care if I am huge!

What are your weaknesses when it comes to dieting: Living in New Orleans, there is sooooooooo much good food down here, and I love to eat. I have no willpower when it comes to chocolate... and pizza.... and most junk food:dohh:
