why was forceps used for my 2nd section but not first?

with my first section they just went in and used hands, with my second it was said on my notes they used forceps? why was this?

just depending on who perform c/s for somebody is just easy to use hands.

All obstetricians will attempt to free the head using a hand first, if this can't be done easily, they'll progress to forceps to aid delivery
