wild yams and fertililty

a friend told me about it and it does seem theres some articles out there but they say it works both ways, aiding and also preventing pregnancy depending on the does!

I've read online there is some country who's main diet is wild yam roots. The country has like a 96% TWIN birth rate or something like that. Supposidly the wild yam root causes hyper ovulation. But I believe it has to be true wild yam roots not just like wild yam supplements..

yes i't also different from regular yams (sweet potato) you have to have true yams.
