Will giving 6 month old stage 2 & 3 milk ill?

Hello, My little one is 6 months old and he has been on 3 meals a day for about a month now. He has a very bad cold so is not feeding much throughout the day. I was giving him Stage 3 cow and gate throughout the night but that does not seem to settle him - so can I give him stage 2 hungry baby milk too?
He is waking up 3 times throughout the night for a feed I just need to sleep

Can anyone help? He is also on antibiotics with his cold from the doctors.

I wouldnt. Hungry baby milk is designed to be more filling so they drink less but if he is poorly and 'asking' for milk then stick with the follow on milk.
