Anyone feel like this? We told some family about the miscarriage and I regret it. There have been rude, insensitive comments mixed with overbearing concern. I don't want to talk about what happened and I don't want reminders. Why did we tell people. 😡

I'm so sorry citrine. I think most people just don't know what to do or say. I messaged my sister and best friends to let them know, but I didn't see them or talk to them until I was ready. It was hard bc they seemed hurt that I wouldn't let them help, but there was really nothing they could do or say to make it better. Could you or your DH let them know that you just need some space and time together?

Be honest. Tell them exactly what you posted. That your sorry you even said anything and you need for them to please stop with any comments, concerns or advise. You have that right. You have the right to grieve as you need to. Every mother and father of a loss handle things in their own way and there is no right or wrong way. Just tell them you don't want it brought up anymore. It's not rude, it's your God given right. I'm very sorry for your loss..
