Wishing, wanting, waiting.....TTC for a year PLUS!

so if the morphology was 60% (right?) then he would have alot of good sperm to use. And that would be above average right? My husband should have roughly 4-7.5 mil sperm post wash, which they say is bad, but to try anyway. <1% of 75mil......

Thursday is only two days away!!! How exciting!

I am hoping my IUI will be thursday IF I get a positive opk tomorrow morning! Maybe we can do it all together!!! :happydance:

Smiley opk this morning! :happydance: Time to call the RE to schedule my IUI! I am almost 100% sure I will ovulate today, and quickly, so why do I have to do the IUI the day after?......Most of my charts show I ovulate the same day as my opk!

Have a good day everyone! Off to work!

:hi: all! I haven't been on in so long that I forgot all the smiley symbols. :dohh: Am scheduled for a lap tomorrow and can't sleep so thought I'd come on to good old BnB. I kind of miss it! I want to try to come back here more than FB. FB was getting me down.

Tryfor, have you heard anything else from your doc? When do you test for this cycle?

Squirrel, I didn't realize that you had switch doctors and that must've been the reason for the change in plans. :saywhat: The first said to probably do IVF immediately, right? (Rather than try IUI and all that.) Hmm. I can see how frustrating that would be!! Good luck with your DH's repeat test. I think SA results can go up and down. Please try to keep TTHF. I am doing the same.

Maratobe, welcome!:flower:

Nope, it's the same doctor from the one who said at the HSG that we'd probably go straight to IVF. Then when I went to the appointment HE asked me to set up to discuss plans, he gave me no plans -- except to wait for OH's SAs to be done...

I had to wait til January for the new insurance, but after then it's been all the same clinic. I think mostly I just need to relax and let OH get his stuff done....

Oh man, I'm sorry Squirrel. I got confused. :dohh:That's so irritating, but I think you are right, nothing to do at this point but relax and let your Dh go through his appointments. Maybe take a nice day trip and have a little bit of this: :wine: Also, take some nice baths, continue to dance  and overall take care of YOU. Also, because I know how much you like this smiley, here you go: :holly:

Well, I'm home recovering from my lap and do have mild endo that the dr. was able to remove, yay! :wohoo: He also dilated my narrow cervix and removed a small cyst. In a bit of pain, but I think today might be the worst of it and the percocet helps. I'll have one in a little while and then go back to bed. Overall, very happy that I had this done. Wish that the fibroid could've come out, too, but am stuck with it for now since the size/location would require a larger, open surgery. I feel pretty good about the results. No scarring and fallopian tubes are moving as they should be. :happydance:Have a follow-up on Thurs. with the RE and will make a plan then.

Goodnight ladies!

Hey MyTurn! :howdy: So glad you're done with the Lap and you're feeling pretty good. Can't wait to hear what the RE has to say!

Hi Ladies,

Myturn - love the resolutions, esp. the putting stuff away part. I try to put this in place mainly because I am absentminded and if I don't make a conscious effort to do that, things end up in the weirdest places! How does a Lap work?

SG - Wishing you and Dh luck. :hugs:

Me- took a couple of cycles off, timing was not good for dh and me but I'm hoping this cycle is good timing. Trying not to think too much about TTC. You know how it goes.

Thanks, Squirrely! :flower: Will def. keep you posted. Did you get the new SA results, yet?

Dee, that's my problem, too...very absentminded. :dohh: I like to think it's a sign of intelligence. :haha: So the lap is a little keyhole surgery where they make small incisions in your belly and then look in with cameras to see if anything is going on. :argh:It is the only way they can diagnose endometriosis, and they can also treat it at the same surgery with lasers (which is what I had done for the mild endo). I'm recovering now. It's not too bad, but a lot of gas pains in my shoulder, which I guess is normal from the gas they use to pump up your stomach in the procedure (which allows them to see better, I guess).

Welcome back from your break! I hope that you are able to have some fun times. I went away with DH for a little weekend getaway and it was the best thing we've ever done.:cloud9: Maybe you could try that, too? Or maybe a date night?

I think maratobe took off as it was dead in here! I seen her in a TTCAL thread a couple of time. Everyone was on a break and it was just me in here and I rarely check this thread anymore....EEeeeck! Maybe now there will be some one to talk too!

FB is also getting me down. All the pg announcements. At least I do not physically know anyone on BNB!

Love the positive attitude to try to TTHF! :)

I have been watching your story on FB and I must say I am quite pleased for you and very happy you had it all done! Try and take advantage of the open cervix if you can :winkwink: No biggie if not, after all we all need to relax!

P.S. I like your advice! I think we all should take it!

SG, Hope you are doing well! :flower:

Hiya! Dee! :hi:

I think everyone has taken a break from bnb for a very long time.....I kind of miss everyone!

Hi tryfor! :hi: How are you?

Myturn, thanks for the info. Hope this does the trick for you and the gas pains ease up too. :hugs:

Intelligence :haha: Let's hope that's it! Hopefully DH and I can have some quality time this month ...getaways are such fun! Where did you go?

CD1 for me today and very hopeful for this cycle!

Hi everyone!! I am still lurking around, it is just getting harder and harder emotionally but I still couldn't do this shit with out you all xxxxx

Hiya everyone, great to see you Myturn, wow sounds like you have really been through it all recently. Hope the pain eases for you.

Hi Dee and Soph and squirrel and tryfor.

Soph sending you some big:hugs:

Well as for me, I don't have much to report. OH did another SA and it came back pretty much the same as last time, great count no so good morphology.

I have just been for my day 21 blood test again, get results in a week

Don't really have much to say, we won't get our referral for another few months yet, we have to wait till we have been TTC for 2 years for the NHS docs to refer us.

Although it is only a few months off 2 years now, we are hoping they might start the process.

Hope everyone is doing good, thinking of you all xx

I am kinda in the same boat... just don't feel like I have much to say at the moment.... OH gets his "last" SA next week, then he can go back to his urologist for the results. Then I can go back to my doctor and see what he says then. HOPEFULLY then we'll be starting SOMETHING... ANYTHING.... So flipping tired of waiting.

I hate finding out someone is knocked up. Someone mentioned at work that the other girl standing there was pregnant and I immediately looked down and didn't say anything... I wonder if anyone noticed.... then I had to go shed a couple tears in the bathroom. I really really hate that. bleh....

Anyway..... that's all that's going on with me!

I'm with you squirrel. My school is in a low socio economic area and all of the mothers there pop out babies like you wouldn't believe. It is not unusual for our students to have up to 10 brothers and sisters. Half of it is cultural with the islander families and I think half of it is that our government pays so well for babies and these families are poor. Anyway we had assembly yesterday afternoon and I was looking over at all the parents watching and swear every second one was pregnant! No fair!

Anyway dh does his sa on thursday...

Just checking in here....I am waiting for AF, and I'll do clomid for another cycle. We'll see what that does. I found out Friday my dad has throat cancer, so TTC will have to take a back seat for a bit.

Hope everyone is doing ok.

Lucie, so sorry to read about your dad. That has to be stressful and upsetting. I'll keep him and your family in my thoughts! Good vibes headed your way!

Julia - bfns always. I will test last time tomorrow and then just wait for af, at least dave is 'spunking in a cup' hehe tomorrow so that is moving forward!
