working for NHS & maternity

Im currently on maternity leave i work for nhs hospital i dont go back to work till nxt august but i want to leave my perm job and do bank shifts so i can chose my hours i work ect.

Would i have to pay any maternity pay back because im leaving my permant job even though im still working their but on bank shifts !!? Any advice would be great thanks ladies

Afaik, your mat contract usually stipulates a 3 month period of work or paying back the enhanced part of the package
Mine was a fixed term contract so this didn't apply.
