Worth testing again?

This was my opk this morning. Is Iit a glaring negative or worth testing again this evening?

I test at a minimum two times a day - because in a short number of hours it can be positive!! This cycle I tested on fmu- neg ...tested again at 3:45 pm - blaring positive
