Buy FOB a birthday card/present from LO?

It's FOBs birthday in a few days and I don't know if I should buy him anything from LO... I would have if we were together but I'm unsure now. We're on good terms but I don't know if its weird.

My kids are growing up a bit now and when it comes to fob b'day my daughter especially asks me for some money to buy him something, I don't give her much tbh, but if your on good terms I can't see the harm, maybe for now just buy a card and sighn it from baby ? X

I don't only because I wouldn't want him to reciprocate (my birthday isn't a pleasant time for me, the last thing I want is a reminder from FOB). Christmas and Father's Day I do though

I always do but we get on we'll. I always make it clear that the card/ gift is from baby not me.
