Cheese and Pineapple sticks are just YUMMY! I hardly ever have those these days but I bloody love them. In fact I might just pick the ingredients up (tricky one that!) on my next shopping trip

aww bless u nat, my days been ok got bloods bk frm drs i am rubella immune but had really bad back ache the last 2 days,
