Yellow discharge with lower back pain and mild cramps

I am 8 and a half weeks pregnant with fraternal twins and I've been having lower back pain and a small amount of yellow/brown discharge on a pad, with dull cramps.

I am waiting on epau phoning me back but in the mean time, has anyone experienced this and everything turned out ok?

Not to worry, cramps are quite normal especially with multiples. Lower back pain was my very first pregnancy symptom and I still get it every so often (I'm 18+5).

I've also had yellow/brown discharge, my ob told that it could be old blood from irritation, implantation, everything, to not worry. Worry if it's bright red! always get checked out if this happens.
