I've always wanted to go on one of those buses, even though I live in York Did you know its apparently legal to shoot a Scotsman from Cliffords Tower with a bow and arrow? Cos they never bothered to make it illegal

Today I learnt that there's no such thing as double malt whisky. Or single malt. The quote of double or single is actually referring to the measure. Everyone at work had a right laugh at me when I asked for a large double malt and a single double malt

There is such a thing as single malt (it means the whisky is distilled in one distillery) but no such thing as a double malt - although you could have a double single malt
