Not sure what type of camera you have, but if you have one with a timer and a tripod the shot can be set up fairly easily...

(I edited so others could try it if they want)

I have a Nikon D7000. But any camera with manual settings where you can change your ISO is doable... and a tripod is a must because of the settings you'll use. I cranked my ISO way up... it was actually set at 3200, but you don't have to go that high... even 1600 would probably do it.

Choose a window or doorway that lets a lot of light in, but a room you can also close off all other light sources, except the one you want. Set up your tripod & camera... make sure your flash is off.

Hit the button, get in place and there's your pic!

I would LOVE to see pics of those who try this out.... photography is so much fun!!

22 Week 1 Day Bump!

Just finished a little exercise, so I'm not done up, sorry lol. I've gained 23lbs... I guess in my belly, and a little bit in the legs/butt (DH isn't complaining though lol).
