I keep seeing these- what are they? I keep seeing hamster ones- do they make noise? are they good? Do I need to be getting them for my daughter? LOL any info much appreciated!

I dunno really but i got amelie a zhuzhu puppy one in argos 3 for 2 she has a fur real frenzy rockstar hamster she lovvvvves. it dances in circles.
