If I had to make a guess, based on what I saw today and what I see in your photos, I'd say girl.
I am a little hesistant to feel confident in it being a boy. I mean in a way I feel like, the doctor wouldnt say 90% if he wasnt confident. The again he did say "dont hold it against me if im wrong" and "dont buy anything just yet"

Yes it looked like something sticking out. He said it looked like a pee pee so thats why he guessed boy. Mind you, this was a perinatologist not an ultrasound tech
