Ok, I'm down to three nursings a day... and since they were 6 months they don't like bottles. I'm going back to work in a month and I really need them to cut out the afternoon nursing session, so I'm slowly trying to introduce pumped milk in a sippy cup. How many ounces should a 13-month old take??

Thanks ladies! :)

Not that anyone's reading this... but I was able to give them sippy cups with pumped milk (first time ever) and they probably drank about 5oz each!! I nursed them early this morning, I'll nurse before bed... but I didn't have to nurse in the afternoon!!! :)

I think I'm going to do 100% pumped milk for a week, get them used to the sippy cup and then slowly start adding whole milk.

That's great!

My 12 month (nearly!) takes anywhere between 6-8oz of formula. The amount increased to this when I stopped bf. when I bf right up to 11 months I only ever gave 6oz pumped milk for any feed.
