Hi everyone! I got my first bfp 2 days ago at 10dpo. The tests are finally getting dark enough that I might actually be starting to believe I'm pregnant! Can I join you girls for the next 9 months? My tentative EDD is November 6th. I'm calling the doctor on Monday.

CONGRATS and WELCOME! We have the same EDD! Which calculator did you use? I've been testing positive since 9dpo 7 days ago.

I used the calculator at Baby Center, but I think once I go in for my doctor appointment, my EDD will get pushed back a few days. I have some crazy cycles that are anywhere from 27-37 days. (gotta love being old lol) I used opk's trying to figure out my cycle in February and I ended up ovulating pretty late, so my dates are more than likely off a few days.

I'm really starting to get the morning sickness now-urgh! Going to try ginger in my water bottle at work today hopefully it will help with my nausea and bloat!
Also hoping for a call back from the mw today. I had a dream they said 'come for a 6 week scan' but that won't happen

I haven't even told the doctor yet! I'm going to wait a few weeks I think, perhaps until 6/7 weeks.
I bet it feels real when you are being contacted by a MW. Exciting times! Xx

Teeny - I randomly had a doc appointment anyway as I'm new to my area so told him then. I am higher risk because I have lupus so needed to go on asprin etc. So ive spoken to the midwife and am seeing her tomorrow but she was cagey as to what will happen - def no scan though Still will be good to keep things moving.

Thank you all for letting me join! I'm excited to get to spend the next year getting to know everyone.

My symptoms so far are pretty much fatigue, cramps, backache (already eek), bloat, tender boobs, some tummy upset and smell aversion's really kicking in. I can smell perfume and bad breath a mile away and it doesn't make me feel very good!

I'm excited to call the doctor today but also a little bit nervous. I had some trouble with my last pregnancy, so I'm anxious to get in, but also terrified due to the issues I had last time, my age, etc, that I'm going to wake up any morning and not be pregnant. I'm still testing every day (which I know is dumb). The lines keep getting darker at least. I probably won't stop for a few more days though.

Weds is the latest day my period would have been due. I think that's the last test I'll do. I keep thinking I'm going to wake up with my period...

Ward, I am probably 19DPO and still testing every day! Lol
We have fertility issues and I'm getting older, so I am super nervous at the moment. I cannot relax and enjoy it. you would think being #4 I would be super relaxed as I've done it before. This is the worst I've been for worrying!

Hi ladies, I'm a little nervous about my ic progression, and really nervous that frer looks negative. 11dpo today, this is the first frer I've taken so maybe levels are still too low to show up?

My IC are only really getting good lines now at nearly 5 weeks honey. They say it takes about 48 hrs to double so retest in 2 days. Late inplantation can lead to light lines at the beginning, and it's your first FRER there can be no comparison. So do not worry, they say a line is a line. Test again with a FRER in Wednesday.
Also, some say they get better lines later in the day. Xx

Scoobydrlp my 11 dpo tests and all tests I've done since that, on multiple brands that I've used FMU for have all been lighter than the day before, then they start getting darker with SMU. I freaked out on 11 dpo that I was either not pregnant or losing the pregnancy too. I took a lot more tests than was sane that day! I think the bottom IC looks pretty good. I can see it for sure without squinting. The FRER might just not be picking it up yet, like teeny said. Wait another day or two and try again.

And thank you teeny for letting me know I'm not alone in my worries. It helps.

Hello ladies, I just found out an hour ago that I'm expecting. This will be our rainbow baby. Our first became an angel when I was 24 weeks due to pre-e. I'm still in shock and hope it sticks. My EDD is November 3! Can't wait to spend the next 9 months chatting with you ladies!

Welcome nickielg! Congratulations on your rainbow baby. I'm sorry for your previous loss.

Just got off the phone with my OB. My first appointment with the nurse is on 3/25. My appointment with the doctor is on 4/8. They said when I go in they'll decide if I need to be referred to a high risk doctor.

23 days doesn't sound like a lot but it feels like forever!
