@crusherwife44 - I want to get back to lifting too. Now that I'm feeling good and as soon as work slows down I can start working out again. Same problem for me though, it's been so long I'll have to go back to just lifting the empty bar for at least some lifts. I haven't gained any weight yet but I know I lost my gains and replaced it with more fat.
