4 DPO - Anyone want a friend for the 2ww?

So today I went and bought some frers (buy one get one free in boots BTW) and stupidly took one when I got home - it says to do it with fmu or after not peeing for at least 4 he's, well it was 7pm and I'd been for a wee not long before! Just couldn't help myself!!! Of course, it was negative!

Guna try again fmu tomo and if it's negative again i'll wait til at least Sunday to try again.

Today I had another nauseous spell, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'm dreaming these symptoms up lol!!!

Fx for the next few days Leochild and Mrs amk! Can't wait to see a bfp, even if it's not my own!

Isn't it fun that you start to get excited for other women to get a BFP? I'm hoping the same, of course I'll be just the tiniest bit disappointed if this isn't my month, but I would be over the moon to see you girls get a fat, pink line. To be honest, all this testing has been reducing my impatience quite a lot. I think I might actually be able to wait until 10 or 11 DPO before using a FRER next month.

You can see statistics on the rate of BFP according to DPO for individual brands of HPTs. You can also go through a gallery of HPTs and vote "pos" or "neg" to shed some light for ladies who aren't sure if it's a faint BFP or they just have "line eye".

Well, tested again this morning with fmu and got another bfn it's hard not to feel a bit disappointed but keep telling myself I'm only 10dpo. Now gonna wait til Sunday or Monday to test again. AF is due Tues.

Leochild I actually love you for posting that link...just got round to reading it and it's made me feel much more positive about my bfn. I'm beginning to think I might try to wait til Tues to test again to avoid disappointment??? We'll see if I can be that patient!!!

I've started the daily testing along with you ladies 8dpo - Negative

Afternoon, ladies! I did my usual FRER this morning and got a negative. I did an EPT at the same time, just to see and it came up with what I thought was a very faint positive. I brushed it off as an evap. I decided to take another one after a few hours and thought I got another evap but it was much more visible than the last and it had color in it. As you may know, EPT is a blue dye test and I'm pretty wary at this point. What do you think?

These pictures were taken within the 10 minute time limit and the faint lines showed up immediately.

I see lines!! If they were taken within 5 mins, I'd doubt they were evaps but I'm no expert on evaps. If I were you I'd be feeling quite hopeful!

The lines came up immediately, yea, and I took the picture within 10 minutes. I've had evaps on blue tests before, but none that were this visible. Like I said, this was the second test I got a very faint line on and this one is darker than the first. I've heard stories about blue dye tests being bad for that, but we'll see. I don't want to get my hopes up because my frer was negative, and that's a more sensitive test, apparently? Exhausting!

On another note, keep testing, ladies! Mrs.T, you're not out for the month yet, fingers AND toes crossed! It's still very early for Mrs.B, so keep plugging along. I know you guys were planning on waiting longer to test, i hope I'm not being a bad influence!

I'm now waiting til tomo (or maybe later) to test again. I know I'm not put yet but I'm not feeling too hopeful about the whole thing

Morning, ladies! I hope we're all feeling good and trying not to stress too much! As far as yesterday's results, I'm going to call it a fluke. I took another test this morning and it was lighter than the one I took yesterday. If it were a true BFP it would be darker, I'm sure. I'm only 10 DPO so we'll see how the next few days go. AF is on the 17th.

Mrs.T - We both knew that we struck lucky when we fell pregnant on the first go around last time, so if it doesn't happen this month, try to stay positive! I feel like a few months wait is really no biggie, even though we're excited. We have our health and our little ones, and everything will turn out fine.

Mrs.B - While Mrs.T and I are at 10 and 11 dpo, you're only at 9! So once we get BFP's or AF, we'll keep coming around to cheer for you. I'm planning on keeping this thread alive with periodic updates and maybe we can all start a TWW thread in a few short weeks. It's not over till it's over, girls!

Ahh thanks Since having my little girl, I haven't had a cycle longer than 35 days. I am on 32 now. But as I had Clomid this cycle I do not know how it has effected my cycle so could be longer even if not pregnant, just got to wait it out with no idea of a cycle end xx
