4 weeks pregnant and I have pneumonia

I was given an antibiotic and am taking tylenol ever 6 hours for fever. My fever hit 106 today but I quickly got it down. I am so miserable. But of course I am really scared too. Anyone have any experience with being really sick while pregnant??

I have been ridculously sick so far, I've had a horrible chesty cough for a month now which antibiotics havent cleared it up, on and off cold, not to mention sickness so I think I've had the lot to be honest!
