6 months on... Still look pregnant?

Hi girls
So 6 months on I've managed to lose all my baby weight and weigh less than before I was pregnant - however as soon as I eat something... I look pregnant! No joke! Proper pregnancy belly haha...
Anyone know any good stomach exercises that can help with this?
Are you girls the same?

I never lost my baby weight, so I looked pregnant the whole year after giving birth, and even when I got pregnant with my second. I don't know any exercises other than sit ups :shrug:
 
I don't even have 2 eat and I look pregnant. Had a real shit day last week was in the £1 shop my sis in laws mother in law came up 2 me and said oh ur pregnant u get cought out agen :( 1st off after 11 years of being with my OH we planned junior. Then I come home OH wants a take away so we order and he orders 10 cigarettes the delivery guy says r these 4 u (thinking he was meaning r these cigarettes part of ur order) I said yes he says u shouldn't smoke when ur pregnant ahhhh I don't fuckn smoke and I'm not pregnant so as u can imagine he totally spoilt my take away I was looking at it thinking OMG ur so fat n ur gonna eat this. I'm soo paranoid about my tummy now. :( xx
 
When I wear jeans I have a muffin top its really gross, I want to get one of those machines that electrocute you into shape dunno what they are called!

I social smoke (only when having a drink which is very very rare) and I get really paranoid that people will think I'm pregnant and look at me funny.
I'm really funny about my tummy too and always wear a baggyshoulder top over tight fitting clothes xxx
 
i'm 6 weeks on and have lost almost all of my tummy! even after i eat :haha: what i was told to do was lie on my back, and lift 1 leg at a time to a 90 degree angle and hold it there for 10 seconds, and then do the same with the next leg.

i do 10 of those, and 20 situps :) at any opportunity lol and its worked well so far!
 
This has worked well for me.

Get on all fours, keep your back flat & then...

1) Breathing exercise - breathe IN and let tummy hang (don't look though - yuk!) and then breathe OUT sucking tummy up and in as far/hard as possible! Do it about 10 times.

2) Hold one arm up, straight out in front of you, then the other. Then hold one leg straight out behind you, then the other. Hold each one for 10 seconds and make sure you're pulling your tummy in while you do them.

These two plus sit-ups have given me my waist back. I do them for 5-10 mins once a day (when I remember!). I need to start doing something a bit more hardcore to get my flat tummy back though.

I'm the same - can be quite flat stomached in the morning but by bedtime once I've eaten during the day I could easily pass for 6 months pregnant!! :cry:
