GOOD MORNING LADIES!!! my oh my looks like ya'll had a busy friday night eh? well it is a rainy day here in michigan so its going to be a day of trying to keep kids from driving me crazy....maybe make some cookies i got a ton of peanutbutter...motivation is what i need lol
oh couple weird things...1st of all i was trying to sleep last night, josh was still playing video games thought he was talking to me so i go what the hell? he just looked at me and goes shhhh and points to his headset, i look at the clock seriously its 3am?!?!?!?! he got a pillow thrown at him for that one lol
second my MIL calls this morning, she is at her MIL funeral today, josh's step grandma for the last 11yrs, and calls to tell me that josh should be prepared for a visitor. i go who? she says who do you think. she says that her MIL visited her this morning and she got to say goodbye to her (they live 10hours away so they werent there when she died tuesday) i was like ok....told her i loved her and hung up. i think she is going crazy in her old age.....well i do believe in spirts can visit in your dreams, both my grandparents did only once to let me know they were ok and see if my dad was ok...but after that i have not had a dream about them...
ok now that i went to weird side for a moment i guess i should do something.....what to do what to do.....HOTMOMMA, PAIN IN THE ASS WHERE ARE YOU WAKE UP LOL

Morning girls! Up at 7am on a Saturday... its just not right. We're headed to an auction Jake's family is having of his grandparents household stuff. They both passed away in the past year. This is the way the siblings decided to handle things to make it fair. Anyway, then tomorrow Im going with my oldest to a bridal expo thing. After that she's having a Passion Party. Ever been to one of those? Kinda funny...

LOL you are going to your daughter's PASSION PARTY nice to know ya'll have an open relationship! hahahaha
the auction thing can get emotional i know! we did that with my grandma stuff and the money was actaully suppose to go to pay for her funeral and her headstone, my uncle took all the money. we think he paid for her funeral but my great aunt (my grandma sister) ended up buying her a headstone 2yrs after my grandma died. my parents wanted to but they could not afford it and the other sibiling (6 others living, 1 dead) would not help pay for it... i am sure my grandma is rolling in her grave over that one!

I know right?! Thats why I said kinda funny. We'd been to another passion party together. Ashlie booked her party off of that one. Have a couple of things in mind I wanna order lol.
Yeah I imagine Jake's dad will be so glad when this auction is over. He has 2 siblings but they live far away so Jake's dad is the executor. He's the one who's been there for his parents all the time. They had a land auction yesterday. They had over 200 acres. Jake's dad gets 40 acres and the homestead so thats cool. The one item Jake is really wanting is a kid sized rocking chair he used as a kid and his dad used when HE was a kid. I think that would be awesome to have for our child.

Now see something like that he shold have been just allowed to get! my dad was the only one really there for my grandparents when they were alive but since my youngest uncle was given the business he pretty much had control over everything...really sucks!

Well DH didn't get his usual 3 hours of sleep at 24-hr duty so he got to come home early. He's been sleeping since 8 a.m. I'm going to wake him up at noon. Baby J had oatmeal with sugar and raspberry jam mixed in to make it sweet. she loves it that way. Tummy doesnt feel well but we are now out of bread for pb &j on toast.

I had the best dream last night and I couldn't wait to get on here and tell you about it!
I had a dream that I went and had an early ultrasound scan and the doctor told me that I was having a girl! I was so excited. That's two dreams that I've had so far with a girl result.. one was twins with a girl, but this one was just a single girl. Hope I get a girl!

AFM, I've never been in the position of having to pay for a funeral or headstone. I hope to never be in that position either. I've already made it clean that I want to be cremated, because it's cheaper. I'm not going to care what someone does with my body, I'll be dead. Anyway, plans for the day is to finish that stupid fireplace! All we have to do is the hearth and then it's ready to tile! But first, we make omelets! I love Saturdays! It's our family breakfast days. Although Samuel is at Amma's and Papa's this morning. I'm still having Omelets with potatoes and bacon! Mmmm... I will speak with you lovelies later.

Nicole good morning lady!!!! hope your dh is in a good mood now you woke him up. those crazy hours can be hard on a person. and i always added some fruit or something else with natural sweetness to my kid's oatmeal.
Oh janelle we color alot in this house lol...oh and cutest thing ever my oldest joshua brought home a picture yesterday that a little girl in his class ( her name is Harvestmoon i kid you not!) made for him..it was hearts and stars soooo cute i put it on the fridge.

So we got paid early so now we have money to hopefully get the car completely fixed! Went to the store and they were having a big sale so we got a lot of stuff. DH had a thoughtful moment that he denies. He bought me biscuits and chicken patties so I can have those in the mornings without having to cook a pork chop. We also got yogurts and cereal for me. And a bunch of stuff for our daughter cause she eats a lot! Baby J is sleeping now and DH is in a better mood since he's been walking around a bit.
