All these riots everywhere!!!

yeh linzi, idk why they dont just do a curfew and anyone out will be arrested unless they have a damn good reason to be out.

Can you imagine not having any milk and going to the shop and getting arrested! :haha:

But on a serious note yeah something needs to be done, we cant have 16,000 police officers on duty every night.

Well curfew would be after a certain time obv! Shops close early anyway.

I supose even with a curfew someone will moan about their rights..
I can hear people now saying "why should we all be punished because of these mindless thugs bla, bla, bla"

But yeah I think a curfew would be ideal in this situation as like you say, who would want to go out in that anyway!
x

I think the curfew should be for 11pm...Most shift workers finish shifts at like 10pm so that gives peole time to get home!!!

Also, what about pubs, theyre open all hours now, how would that work, would they have to close early to?!

Yeah they would have to close. Most are closing early anyway.

As for peoples rights, they arent walking the streets when these people are rioting anyway so what difference would it make to have a curfew. But how and when do you end that?

Well yeah probably. Fuelling people with alcohol (even people who aren't rioters) isnt going to help the situation at all surely. They closed a load of pubs in Leeds last night

I dunno I was just saying :haha:
There's bound to be someone moaning, there always is.

If they aren't walking the streets when folk are rioting then what's the point in a curfew?

:dohh:

It really does go to show (as someone said already) how thick people are!

Some of the groups have me  obviously its sad that it happened in the first place but these idiots actually have no clue. She is gonna get arrested for robbing Haribo from a pound shop!

People are just going out to have a nosey though, take photos etc. Makes the police's job more difficult coz they'll be having to pick through crowds of people to work out whos in the wrong anyway. At least if there is a curfew you'd be i the wrong for being out anyway.

My brother sent me this, usually wouldn't condone violence but I did giggle :haha:

My thoughts are with those in mancestor, birmingham, liverpool and glocestor xx
