Firstly, you probably think i'm crazy for buying nappies for early.....but hear my out.

In boots, they currently have a Huggies Newborn Starter Kit down from £5 to £3.33. This includes 27 napies, 67 wipes, a little hat and some vouchers. This is a good price alone I thought for just the nappies.

Well I went to the checkout to pay and the lady said that inside there is a £2 off Huggies Newborn coupon. Here's the good bit - this £2 coupon can be redeemed against another pack starter kit. Making the second one you buy just £1.33. You could carry on doing this until the offer ends.

Absolute bargain I thought! xx

I shall be hedding there tonight!! My mum is buying me real nappies but i am going to use disposable for the first week or so due to the horror stories of the first few poos that LO does, so thanks for thanks for the heads up on the offer, will do me just fine!!

xx

Oooh thanks for this!! Boots, here I come! x

Thanks for the tip, I think I'll pop into Boots tomorrow.

Nope you're not crazy at all!!

I was looking at this on Friday, but didn't look that closely and didn't notice that you get a hat and a voucher as well.

Didn't but any then, but certainly will be doing if they are still on offer when I get chance to go in again!!!

Any idea when the offer is up? I can't get to a Boots until Saturday. :(

also theres a voucher on huggies website to print, if you join up , you get £2 off
not sure if this can be used against the starter kit though!, then once youve got one you can just use the voucher inside for the next
hopefully :)

that is good... i bought 100 nappies from asda on offer for around a 10er... and 6packs of wipes for a 5ver which i thought was a bargain ^_^

Damn there being no boots in germany and me having no cash on the card :haha:
x

Thanks for the tip!

The only trouble is, I've heard that you sometimes need to do some trial and error with nappies, as some brands/sizes don't fit that well on some babies, as their shapes vary and can find nappies leak. So you could be buying a lot of newborn size huggies nappies that are the wrong shape for your LO or that they are too big for already (as I have heard size 2 nappies can sometimes be a bit narrow for some baby bottoms even though it says for up to 13lb) I guess you'd use them up pretty quickly anyway, but just thought I'd throw that in just in case anyone ends up buying a 1000 nappies that they can't use...there's always ebay I guess!

They have these starter packs at asda on baby events for 3pounds they also have the 2 pound off voucher so even cheaper:o)

Can I just ask where you find the voucher? Is it inside the starter pack?

I had one of these packs at home, but I checked this morning and I can't see a voucher inside.

Its on the actual card board packaging printed underneath

Anyone know when this offer ends?

Dont forget to join the Boots paretning club girls - via your Boots Advantage card. I got a shed load of stuff the other day, spent a tenner and my receipt said I'd saved £51! Got a free change bag and smellies kit too :)

And 10 points per £.

And if you know anyone who works for Boots, ask to use their 20% staff discount.

I bought these (not that cheap though!!) still have the voucher so will stock up :)

Did you people go for the normal or organic? I got organic, dunno why and dunno if they are any good.

Be careful when you open the box and not rip the voucher like me :dohh:

How many packs of these should you get for the average newborn anyone know? Xx
