Hi all i just got some agnus castus today as my AF still hasnt arrived over 14 days late. anything i should know before i start taking them? is it safe to take no or should i wait until the start of my next AF?

I took them my entire cycle as well as through the first trimester but that was because I was already on them when I got pregnant. I would start them when/if AF arrives but not start them after I found out I was pregnant just in case.
