Any advice

I was diagnosed with an ovarian ectopic at the end of August. I had 2 shots of MTX August 27th and my hcg is dropping quickly. I started at 8700 and last week(2 weeks after shots) was at 1011. I go again for bloodwork today. I was wondering how long anyone has waited before starting any type of vitamins? I was told I cannot ttc until December and started the pill until we can decide what to do next. Any advice? This pregnancy was not planned and was on the pill which is why they think this happened. Now, I think I want a baby but am turning 40 and besides birth defects because of my age, I worry about going through this again or effects from the MTX shots. I also wonder about taking clomid since I am on a time crunch but again, have read that this can also increase chances of ectopic.
