Anyone coming near their ov date?

Hi girls,

Anyone getting close to their ovulation date?

I use ov test strips and start testing on Wednesday but I dont think I will ov untill the end of the week. My AF is never spot on so I have to make sure I know when to do the deed!!
Fingers crossed we get it right this time!!!

How long do you test for or do you more or less know when you ov?

Im going to start OPK today in hopes of a positive on friday/saturday (or earlier of course i am not fussy), i got a feeling last night that i should start today, (i wasnt going to until tomorrow). So will see what it brings, i wont do it for about another hour or so yet its only 11.30am.

Hey there, im a newbie and according to my calendar i should be ovulating tomorrow, so ive been getting the BD in the last 4 days, started taking folic acid about 6 days ago, crossing my fingers bring on the last breakfast BD tomorrow morning lol, and hopefully a BFP in 3 weeks!! I tested yesterday as I seemed to have tihe signs of ov, but got a really faint line.
So ive told my oh we need to get trying tonight. He works nights so Ive told him he needs to be up abit earlier before he goes to work!!!
I think sometimes we leave it a bit too late and wait until I get a positive ov result, but its difficult with his shift patterns.
Hope we get that sticky bean this time!!!

When do you normally ov? Is it roughly the same time each month?
Just done another test, still neg but a stronger line than the day before. Iv got a feeling it will be Friday or Sat when its positive. Trouble is my OH is not going to be home Friday so we will have to get tonight and Saturday.

Think im almost there! My result line is almost the same colour as the test line, trouble is im all alone! My OH is working to night! Just my luck!
Will have to get trying tomorrow so fingers crossed it happens!

Crikey, nobody's having much luck with oh's being present in the time of need are they lol, mine's out tonite aswell. Sigh, i supposedly ov yesterday but i made him bd before he went out anyway for xtra luck. I didn't bother with ov strips since this is my 1st month of ttc so i'm trying my luck 1st.
