Anyone doing an IUI in October?

You and I are about on the same cycle I am 10 dpIUI today and I have felt nothing either.. BUt I was busy last week too and hadnt really noticed either. My beta is Saturday and AF is due Sunday. Hopefully we wont see her!

Today I am 11dpIUI and Sunday is the due date for AF... sometimes I have a 26 day cycle, but that depends on ovulation, which I know when happened so it's going to be a 28 day cycle..so Sunday is when she should be here...Hopefully not, but not trying to set myself up for too much disappointment.

Any signs of AF coming for you?

I had some super light cramping yesterday and once today?? Then sore around the nipples, but that happens for me even when AF shows up. So I am getting nervous that it didn't work this time to be honest with you all

Oh well! Six years of this and even thinking of testing doesn't get me excited just scared to see the BFN. I am 9dpiui at this point. Testing on Sunday..unless AF comes

Maybe it is good cramping I am a bit nervous too but trying not to think about it. Which is hard! I think you and I are on the same cycle. AF is due Sunday for me and I am 10dpIUI. I test saturday. Sending your way!

I know the feeling. I am trying not to set myself up for disappointment as well. But I know I need to try to be positive. I had a follow up IUI appt yesterday. Which made me feel better talking to my dr. Now to just get through till Saturday for my beta.

it was supposed to be monday, but because of my schedule and my husband's schedule we had to put it off until tuesday so that's when they'll do the blood test... but I should know by then since AF is due Sunday...and I'm never late.

Very sore/sensitive boobs (common for me before AF arrives)...other than that I don't usually get symptoms until the night before/morning of AF's arrival. I do get heartburn for the week leading up to AF, but none thus far.

Fingers crossed for all three of you. I am due to start next wed on halloween. It feels like a lifetime away. I can honestly say this is by far the longest tww to date!

Whats a follow up IUI app? What did you discuss there?

We talked about my next IUI if this doesn't work and if the process was working for me. He basically told me not to get discouraged if this round doesn't work the odds are about the same as getting pregnant naturally each month. He also told me he doesn't want to change my medicine since I am responding to it very well and my lining is not thinning. He also let me know that my estrogen levels were great and he thinks we are going to have success. He said if I do not after 4 then my odds go down. He also said since everything has pretty much been the same for my last two cycles that if this round does not work he is confident that I can do my third IUI round without as much monitering and ultra sounds. He said we could just use ovulation kits clomid and then just do the iui when I naturally Ovulate.

It was a good appointment and made me feel better for the next few days of waiting. He also told me not to try to symptom spot check because it was too soon for me to be showing symptoms one way or another and it will just stress me out.

I have my beta tomorrow at 8am. So I am not doing any testing until then and then I get to wait for their call which is usually in the afternoon... I am so darned nervous!

AF came early yesterday so I blew off my bloodwork. Apparently it's not my month. dH didn't take it well. We are officially done with iuis and will not be doing ivf. Kinda a crappy 24 hours.

I'm hoping its your month!

Oh no Jen - so sorry to hear that!

Are you sure you dont want to continue with your original plan to try injectables this cycle? It may increase your chances?

Pretty sure its not my month . . . . it never is!

I don't believe it's my month either...AF was offically due today (I usually get it late Saturday afternoon/early evening), but nothing yet.
I tested this morning and got a (as expected) but usually when I test and get the BFN...AF shows up within the hour - nothing so far. Think my body is just messing with me...

So it looks like we're onto IUI cycle #3

Hey all I'm new here I'm TTC single with DS. This is my 2nd attempt TTC. I attempted this several years ago with my ex DH with no success and a roller coaster of emotions now after 3 years I've decided to give it another try. I just had an IUI Oct 26 and I can't wait for 2 wks to arrive =) so I can know if everything was a success. I had 5 follicles when ultra sound was done 17, 16, 15, 12 and 8...SC was 53 mil. I was on Clomid 50ml for 5 day and then after US gave myself shot Oct 24th. I also did accupunture after clomid cycle, then day after IUI and I will go again in another week........=)
